jason arsenault works in the field of visual and new media arts as an artist, an independent curator and teacher. he pays particular attention to works that offers reflection on the renewal of spectatorship. he is part of pique-nique (2003), a collective that uses public space as an object of intervention. he is also a member (2000) and was president of the board (2003-11) of perte de signal, an artist-run center which brings together artists who work with new media arts. he lives in montreal.

jason arsenault œuvre dans le domaine des arts visuels et numériques à titre de créateur, de commissaire indépendant et de professeur. il porte une attention particulière aux œuvres qui proposent une réflexion sur un renouveau spectatoriel. il fait parti de pique-nique (2003), collectif qui utilise l’espace public comme objet d’intervention. il est également membre (2000) et a été président (2003-11) de perte de signal, centre qui réunit des artistes œuvrant du côté des arts numériques. il habite montréal.
